A member of Windermere's Premiere Agent program and Luxury Portfolio International, Theresa's first 10 years in real estate were in commercial brokerage as a high-rise leasing specialist in downtown Seattle. She then had the great fortune to be able to pause her career while raising her two daughters for a few years. Theresa returned to the real estate world in 2006 in residential brokerage. Her dedication, creativity, humor and leadership abilities come together in her Clients First approach to the business. She is regularly one of the top producing agents in her office and has been designated one of Seattle's "Top Ten Agents". And while all of that gives her great experience and a terrific resume, Theresa's main focus has always been on taking great care of her clients so that they feel confident, secure, understood and happy. She strives to make the entire home selling or buying experience is an enjoyable one. Theresa has the background and know how to give personal and professional service to a wide range of clientele. Teamed with her husband Peter, she successfully represents sellers and buyers in a market that continues to grow and change.
For the past 30 years Peter has been a successful, award winning client specialist in corporate real estate.
